Kindly provide the clinic with 24-hours notice if you are going to miss an appointment.

Without 24-hours notice you will be charged in full for your missed appointment. Please keep in mind that it is against insurer’s policies for us to charge them for a missed appointment. So, we will bill your credit card on file for the session.

In the case of ICBC sessions, the fee for late notice is $50.

Please do not attend your session if you have any cold or flu symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, etc.). We still require 24-hours notice if you are sick to avoid a late charge on your appointment.

The clinic reserves the right to use our discretion around late notice or a missed appointment to discount your missed appointment cost in the cases of sickness or emergency.

Late cancellations impact a few aspects of our care at Capitol Physiotherapy. Most importantly, other patients who are waiting for available appointments often can’t rearrange their schedules on less than 24-hours notice to attend an appointment that was cancelled last minute. Please consider your fellow physiotherapy patient’s when cancelling your session.

In the case of inclement weather, the clinic will follow the Greater Victoria School District #61. In other words, if school is in session, the clinic is open and we will be ready to treat you in your session.
